LaTeasha Gaither-Davis
Owner, Clinical Director, and Occupational Therapist
A native of West Memphis, AR, LaTeasha graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Health Sciences and Occupational Therapy.

VP of Operations and Occupational Therapy Assistant
Alannah graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science. She joined the team in October 2013.

Anita graduated from Concorde Career College. She joined the team in September 2021.
Alieshaia
Occupational Therapist
Alieshaia graduated from Le Moyne College with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. She is licensed to work in Arkansas, Tennessee, and New York. She joined the team in 2021.

Tyler graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and from Concorde Career College with an Associate’s of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. He joined the team in November 2022.

Yolonda graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy and the Georgia Highlands College with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. She has been a COTA for over 20 years and joined the team in May 2023.

Mallory graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy. She joined the team in June 2023.

NaTasha is a three time graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders, a Master of Science in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Education, and Master of Communication Disorders. She joined the team in 2011.

Abbi graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She joined the team in July 2013.

Elsie graduated from the University of Memphis with a Master's in Communication Disorders. She joined the team in August 2020.

Valerie graduated from the University of Memphis with a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She joined the team in August 2022.

Sandra has over thirty years of administrative experience from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and five years of managerial experience. She proudly joined the Therapeutic Focus team in 2012.
Taleatha
Human Resources Assistant
Taletha is an Arkansas native and has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health Education from the University of Arkansas Little Rock and a Bachelor's of Science in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Arkansas Medical School. Taleatha also obtained her Master's of Science in Administration with an emphasis on Health Services. She joined the team in March 2022.
